CO-OPERATION
“Many hands make light work.” But do they? Collaboration is important, but it doesn't always go well. A "cooperative society" or "cooperative association" involves working together as a company. And it’s more than just a large group project. A cooperative has members instead of shareholders (as is often the case with other forms of business). As a result, teamwork in a cooperative is not only about strengthening group cohesion but also about profit and power.
